3. How do I edit my order if I misspelled my address or my name?
Please email us as soon as possible so we can change the wrong name or address on your order. Shipping addresses can only be changed within 2 days of ordering.
4. When will my order arrive?
We start processing your order within 1-2 business days. Please allow 2-3 working days for your order to arrive once it has been shipped.
All custom orders (like personalised necklaces or braclets) require a processing time of 3 weeks. This can vary depending on production demand.
5. How do I track my order?
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with your tracking number(s). You can click on the link in the email which will take you to the USPS website, allowing you to track your order.
Please Note: Multiple items ordered together under one order, may be sent separately. This is to avoid a back log as all items are custom made. Please look out for your other tracking numbers if this is the case.
1. How should I take care of my jewelry?
Please avoid contact with moisture for all jewelry. Apply lotions, sprays and perfumes before putting on jewelry. Take off jewelry before exercise and bed. Keeping your jewelry as dry as possible will help prolong the nature of its color and shine.
Store your jewelry when dry only. To clean jewelry, gently use a soft cloth to wipe off any residue.
